A visit to Opryland Hotel is spectacular at any time and during their Country Christmas, it is truly spectacular. During your three day, two night, stay you will enjoy the ambiance of the hotel as it is dressed for the Christmas season. Its nine lush acres of indoor gardens as well as the myriad walkways are decorated with Christmas scenes, trees, and lights.
The Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring the world famous Rocketts with its dazzling scenery, costumes and lighting, as well as a cast and crew of nearly 100 members will be a highlight of your visit. In addition to the Rockettes' show stopper “12 Days of Christmas”, this magical production features the legendary favorite “Parade of the Wooden Soldiers” and the awe-inspiring “Living Nativity”.
The Louise Mandrell Christmas Dinner and Show takes place in a wonderful ballroom setting decorated with several dozen lit trees, large hanging ornaments and an awesome stage. And of course the legendary Louise Mandrell will be singing all of your holiday favorites.
An unbelievable setting featuring “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” by Dr. Seuss will be presented as “ICE”. From the Grinch's frozen mountaintop lair, to the interactive slides and surprises, this life-sized story told in ice will make even the coldest of hearts grow three sizes.
There's a lot more to enjoy. “Treasures ForThe Holidays” is a craft show which also includes antiques and art. The numerous artists will happily share their craft ideas with you. The Hall of Trees displays numerous trees decorated in an assortment of themes. Also you will want to fully enjoy the scenes and decorations spread throughout the hotel, which is the largest hotel east of the Mississippi.
