A Day trip from Memphis

THURSADY, November 4, 2008: Our tour to Halls, TN, and Miss Charlene’s Tea Room begins this morning! We depart from the Collierville United Methodist Church, 454 W. Poplar at 7:15a and from the Target Store, 601 Spotswood in Audubon Shopping Center at 8:00am. We’ll travel through the rolling countryside to the quaint and picturesque city of Halls, TN. We’ll have time to explore some of the shops before and after lunch. There is a ladies dress shop, a children/grandchildren’s clothing shop, a gourmet cheese shop and a decorator’s dream for accessories, collectables, and antiques. She has everything to help you get your home ready for the holiday season. We will have a delightful lunch and dessert at Charlene’s Just Devine Tea Room located in the same shopping area. We depart for home in the early afternoon. We return to the Target Store about 4:15pm and to the Collierville Church about 5:00pm with many fond memories of our day in Halls, TN. (L)
